Tesco helped the nation feed their Christmas spirit with this year’s festive campaign. I was in charge of bringing this to life on social and digital.

GINGERBREAD TAKEOVER

In the TVC the world turns to gingerbread whenever the protagonist interacts with something that feeds his Christmas spirit.

We made this happen IRL, with a takeover at Victoria Station that saw everything from prams to basketballs turn into gingerbread. We created a suite of social films, gifs and meme’s live throughout the day.

COMBO REVIEW

Social listening revealed the nation's obsession with pimping their mince pies with different toppings. We wanted to share these weird and wonderful combo suggestions with Tesco followers - helping to feed their Christmas spirit.

So we worked with the talented influencer and chef @lagomchef, alongside Tesco colleagues,
to taste-test a selection of the most intriguing mince pie combos suggested on social.
